 Christy traveled back to Longview with us from Birmingham. While she is here we are squeezing some Romanian culture out of her. On New Year's Day we made authentic cabbage rolls. We spent 3 hours peeling, chopping, frying, and steaming.  She says the Romanian people eat them with sour cream & bread, so that is precisely what we did too. They were delicious!
