CJ & Autumn Miller

So, this is my very first blog attempt. I am not quite sure where to start. Maybe with the basics. I am currently working for a web design company--- Cypress Interactive. It has been my motivation for this website adventure, but I am keeping it simple. I don't want them to promote me too fast :) 

CJ is in school at LeTourneau University here in Longview as well as working as an aircraft mechanic at the Gilmer Airport. He spends Wednesdays & Fridays flying airbatics in the Citabria. (Notice how these words are palindromes.) Don't worry, he wears a pink parachute.

We live in a little apartment that feels like home. We have a fun next-door neighbor with lots of chirping birds & a great view of the pool dwellers. This week I have been trying not to poison CJ with all my new recipe experiments. Our new vision is for a patio garden. We are breaking ground soon...wait we have no ground... hmmm, we buy pots soon. Be sure to visit this summer for a fresh salad.

This month's time consuming activity has been intramural basketball. It seems that I have acquired the title of "official score keeper" while CJ's is the "animal in the short shorts". (Sorry CJ - had to get you back for that picture of me sleeping that you posted on the web.) Anyway, now that I am a wife I can brag, so CJ scored 19 points last night in the game. All that to say that white men CAN jump.

So, I am taking SCUBA class at LU by request from CJ, the fish. Last Tuesday we snorkled around the university pool for hours. Yes, that was me with the goose bumps sporting the sexy bright orange goggles and flippers.

We now have a C-182 aircraft in our possession, so we have & will be doing some more weekend trips. Let us know when we can visit!
